What are your opening hours?
We operate our transport services in Prague, the Czech Republic and Europe 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year, including all public holidays.

I have not received any confirmation. What can I do?
Call us or send us an email.

My departure is delayed and I will arrive 2 hours later at 13:00. Will someone be waiting for me? How much do you charge extra?
Your driver will be notified of your flight's arrival time and will be waiting to pick you up whenever your flight arrives. All at no extra charge

Where will we meet our driver? How do we recognize our driver?
Our driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall of Terminal 1 or 2. He will hold a sign with your name or your company logo. In case of any problems with mutual search, do not hesitate to contact us on our line +420 776 599 443.

Can you provide us with a baby car seat? How much will I pay for it?
So we are fully prepared for this, please let us know at the time of booking and we will provide you with a free car seat.

We will be a bigger group. Is this a problem?
No it is not. We offer minivans.

Do children count?
Yes, we count infants and children as members of your party. According to Czech law, we are obliged to use special seats for children, which we provide free of charge. In order for us to be fully prepared for this, please leave a note on your booking form telling us how many children you will be bringing with you. We provide car seats, high chairs and cradles for children up to 8 years free of charge.

What if I have extra large luggage?
Extra large luggage needs to be notified in advance so that we can send a larger car if necessary.

When do I pay for the transfer?
You can pay in advance online by credit or debit card or bank transfer. You can also pay our driver upon arrival at your destination. When paying in advance, our driver is informed and you do not need to print any payment confirmation.

When do I have to pay for the return transfer? Do I have to pay for both trips at once?
No, you don't know. You can pay for each trip separately. If you pay both amounts at the same time, our driver will print a payment confirmation and a transfer voucher to keep for your records.

Do you charge a surcharge for the transfer of other delivery points in Prague?
Our airport transfer price includes one departure address. If you go to more than one, then there is an extra fee of CZK 100 for each additional transfer.

What happens if my flight is delayed? Do you charge extra for waiting for the driver?
We are verifying your arrival time online. Your fool will be informed of your flight schedule and will be waiting to pick you up at the arrivals hall 20 minutes after your arrival (regardless of whether you depart earlier or later than the planned schedule). All at no extra charge.

What to do if I miss a connecting flight? What do you recommend?
If you are able to notify us in the event of a missed connecting flight, we will change your booking accordingly - free of charge. Just give us a call and we will create a new reservation.

How long does it take from Prague airport to the city center?
The journey from Prague airport to the city center usually takes around 25 minutes by car, and up to 40 minutes in heavy traffic.

Are your prices per person or per vehicle?
The prices for all our services are given per vehicle and not per person (up to the number of free seats in the car). If you have additional luggage, please let us know during the booking so that there are no capacity issues at the airport.

Do I have to pay only in local CZK or also in EUR?
If you are paying online during the booking, you can choose a different preferred currency. We accept other currencies - EUR, GBP and USD. If you pay in cash in a currency other than the local currency (CZK), the price may vary slightly depending on the current exchange rate.

Should I tip the driver?
It is customary to tip your driver if you are satisfied with the service you are receiving.

What time will you pick us up on the day of departure?
In general, we recommend a pick-up time of your transport service from Prague airport approximately 3 hours before departure for flights outside the EU and 2.5 hours before departure for flights to the EU.

I need an invoice, a receipt. How can I get it?
A tax invoice is automatically created and sent to you in pdf format for conversion where this type of invoice is needed. Upon request in advance, a tax receipt can also be issued for payments to the driver in cash or by credit and debit card.

I need to change/cancel a reservation - what should I do?
If you need to change or cancel your reservation or edit your details, please email or call us.

What is your smoking policy?
All our vehicles are non-smoking.

What happens if I cancel the trip?
You can cancel your reservation at any time. If you are eligible and your booking has been prepaid, your money will be automatically refunded back to the card used to pay or
