What are your hours of operation?
We operate our Prague, Czech Republic and Europe transport services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year including all public holidays.
I have not received any confirmation. What can I do?

My outbound flight is delayed and I will arrive 2 hours late at 1pm. Is someone going to wait for me? How much do you charge extra?
Your driver will be kept aware of your flight’s arrival time and will be waiting to pick you up whenever your flight arrives. All at no extra charge
Where do we meet our driver? How do we recognize our driver?
Our driver will wait for you in arrival hall of terminal 1 or 2. He will hold a board with your name or logo of your company. In the case of any troubles of finding each other, do not hesitate to contact us through our line +420 776 599 443.
Can you provide us a car seat for a baby? How much am I going to pay for it?
So we are fully prepared for this, please let us know during your booking about that and we provide a car seat for you free of charge.
We are going to be a bigger group. Is that an issue?
No, it´s not. We have a minivans in our offer.
Do children counts?
Yes, we count infants and children as people in your party. Under Czech law, we’re required to use special seats for children, and we provide these free of charge. So that we’re fully prepared for this, please leave a note for us in your booking form telling us how many children you’ll have with you. We provide car seats, baby chairs and cradles up to 8 years old for free.
What if I have extra large luggage?
We need to be warned about extra large luggage in advance so that we can send a larger car if necessary.
When do I pay for transfer?
You can pay in advance online with your credit or debit card or via bank transfer. You can also pay to our driver upon your arrival at your destination. If you pay in advance, our driver is informed and it´s not neccessary for you to print out any confirmation of payment.
When do I have to pay for the return transfer? Do I need to pay for both trips at once?
No, you don´t. You can pay each trip separately. In case you pay both amounts at once, our driver is going to print you a payment confirmation and transfer voucher, which you need to keep for your evidance.
Do you charge extra for transfer additional drop-off locations in Prague?
Our transfer price from airport includes one drop-off address. If you are going to more then one then there is an extra charge of 100 CZK for each additional drop-off.
What happens if my outbound flight is delayed? Do you charge extra for driver´s waiting?
We check time of your arrival online. Your drivel will be kept aware of your flight´s plan and will be waiting to pick you up in arrival hall 20 minutes after your ariival (no matter if you flight early or late against a planned schedule). All at no extra charge.
What to do in a case I missed by connection flight? What do you recommend?
If you are able to inform us in the event of missed connecting flight, we will change your booking accordingly – there is no charge. Just let call us and we will create a new booking.
How long does it take from Prague airport to the city center?
The journey from Prague airport to the city centre usually takes around 25 minutes by car and up to 40 minutes if there is heavy traffic.
Are your prices per person or per vehicle?
Prices for all our services are quoted per vehicle and not person (up to places available in car). You have extra luggages please let us know during your booking so we do not face capacity issues at the airport.
Do I need to pay only in the local CZK or in EUR as well?
If you pay online during your booking your can choose other preffered currency. We accept other currencies – EUR, GBP & USD. If you pay in cash in anything other than the local currency (CZK) the price may vary slightly based on the actual exchange rate.
Should I tip the driver?
If you are happy with the service you receive, it’s customary to tip your driver.
What time will you pick us up on our departure date?
We generally recommend a pick-up time for your Prague airport transfer service of around 3 hours before your flight departure for non-EU flights, and 2,5 hours before EU flights depart.
I need an invoice, receipt. How can I get it?
A tax invoice is automatically created and sent to you in pdf format for the transfer where this kind of invoice is needed. If requested in advance a tax receipt can be created even for payments to driver in cash or with a credit and debit card.
I need to change/cancel booking – what should I do?
If you need to change or cancel a booking or amend your details, please email us or give us a call.
What is your smoking policy?
All our vehicles are non-smoking.
What happens if I cancel my trip?
You can cancel your booking at any time. If you are entitled and your booking was prepaid, your refund is automatically issued back to the card used for payment or to your bank account (up to 10 days). Generally a refund is always granted if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your pick-up. For exact details, please check our terms and conditions.
When can I make an airport transfer reservation?
Our system lets you make a Prague transport reservation as far as 365 days before your date of travel.
Is it possible to book one way transfer on a tax invoice?
Yes, it´s possible but in some cases it might mean reimbursement of proforma invoice before a transfer. There is no signing of contract requested for one way transfer.
I need a transfer from train station. Where do I meet the driver?
If you arrive at the Main train station (Wilson´s station), our driver will be waiting for you in station hall next to fast food restaurant Burger King. You need to provide all information your travel arragements during your booking. In case of delay there is no extra charge.
