Business terms and transfer conditions

A customer who will use services of PRAGTRANSFER fully accepts these commercial terms and conditions and by his purchased order online or signing his purchase order, contract or by approving the confirmed purchase order/booking he/she declares his/her express approval of these commercial terms and conditions to which the purchase order or transfer contract refers. A customer who does not agree with these terms and conditions is not entitled to make any contractual document or online booking with the company.

How to make a booking?

The recommended way is to make a booking online or through an email, sms or call to us.
Please always make sure you received order confirmation. If you have not receive it please let us know.
To book your transfer is possible at least 24 for hours before a pick up.

Payment

You can either choose to pay, with invoice or in advance for your airport transport service, or when you’re dropped at your hotel. If you’re paying in advance online our driver will be informed by our system and there’s nothing more you need to do. If you’re paying on arrival by cash or credit card, you’ll pay the full amount when you arrive at your destination. We accept CZK, EUR & USD. We accept credit and debit cards of Visa, Master Card or Maestro.
Payment terms for an invoice are 14 weeks from an invoice date.

Payment for the return transfer

If you choose to pay the total amount at once or each tranfer separately, the driver will give you a payment confirmation. Before a return transfer the client needs to provide the payment confirmation to the driver.

Online payment – payment receipt is sent to you.
Tax invoice – per request we provide you a tax invoice
Payment to the driver – payment confirmation provided by the driver

Storno

If for any reason your trip is cancelled please email, sms or call us at least 24 hours prior to your pick-up. To guerantee you a full refund of your pamyent you need to follow our terms and conditions. If all terms and conditions are not followed full charged is requested.

Do you guarantee money back, compensation or refunds?

Yes. In the rare case that we can’t supply you with the Prague transport service we promised, we will refund you in full. If there is no driver waiting for you at the airport once you arrive, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find out why and get an alternative driver to you immediately. Timeframe for money compensation is 30 days from a transfer date.

Complaints

If you can´t find your driver please call us immediately on a number received in payment confirmation.

Those transfer conditions are valid since 1st January 2017.
